This morning, my boss talked to me regarding the promotion offer again. Now that he's already promoted to Distribution Manager, he wanted someone to "look after" the dept when he wasnt around and he said he chooses me. He said over the years I've prove to him to be the reliable one that he can depend on. He will talk to my COO; Mr Rahim Awang about me getting promoted when my COO comes back from out-station next week. I really hope that when the company promoted me, they will also give increment. (Read my previous blog :Conclusion to my dilemma ) Cos no point of me staying if they're not increasing my pay. Actually I'll feel lost if I leave this company.Mainly bcos I got gd kakis over here but the thing is after knowing & doing all the jobscopes at ur fingertips, I kind of getting bored as there is no new things for me to learn. No so called adventure for me to learn. During my confinement, I did sent a few resumes but till now there's no reply from them. Haizz...Will c how much they r offering? As a mother of 2 now, financial wise is now important to me especially now that I have a maid to pay. I'm not willing to be a housemaker at the moment. Will have to wait till next week to know the outcome....
