Ok juz now during lunch my boss approach me regarding the new gal he interviewed. He said that the new gal will join us maybe next Monday as she have to give 3 days notice for her part-time job.Next Monday?hhhmmm..during stock-take day?ok neva mind. Den suddenly he said "ok Mas, since I'll be taking a new gal, I want someone to assist me and I'm choosing YOU!" Juz imagine, when he approached me that time, i can still happily eating my lunch but when he said that he chose me, terbegek hamba dibuatnya. At 1st I said i dnt want the executive post cos it will be stressful for me. Actually kan, i'll still be doing my jobscopes only that my post is change from Admin Assistant to Admin Executive and I've to take responsibilities of wat ever happening in my dept.Cos all these while i'm the one assisting my boss and i know all the jobscopes in my dept. The offer is tempting but knowing the company reputation of increasing the pay, i'm totally loss. Called hb straight away regarding this matter and the 1st thing that he ask "how much is the company paying?" About the increment, i've to talk to my boss but i dnt tink i'll stay long in this company cos after working for more than 7 yrs, there's nothing more for me to learn here. I'm the kind of person who likes to learnt new things and take challenges. There's no challenges for me here in this company anymore. Furthermore the benefits here SUCKS big time man. Hopefully after September, i'm able to get a better job and a better pay so that I can provide a better environment to my family. But in the mean time, should i take my boss' offer????????
