I thought of stocking up some baby stocks cos I only have about 2 more mths before adeq pop-out into the world. I dnt like to wait till the last minute to buy the things cos by then I'll be too heavy to go shopping.Bought some baby clothes already as some of Khairi's clothings have already worn out maklumlah nak dekat 4 tahun baju2 tu kat dlm almari.Have to buy some booties. Ok I was juz wondering, should I buy newborn diapers or size S diapers?

Ok I have some pple asking me how to get rid of stretch marks when u're pregnant. When I was pregnant with Khairi, I really got a terrible stretch marks problem especially the tummy area. It was damn dry and itchy. Some of my frens told me to buy Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula for stretch marks but it doesnt works for me as it doesnt keep my skin moist enough and even worse makes it more itchy. Some recommend olive oil but that too doesnt works for me. Just imagine I've to endure the itchiness for 9 mths. Den after giving birth, u know that we Malays have to wear bengkong or barut rite together with kapur and lime juice. Well, I tink I'm alergic to kapur and lime juice cos it cos my tummy to have rashes. So I told the makcik urut and she juz put minyak jer on my tummy. When 1 of my gd fren came for a visit, I told her my problem and she recommend this bodyshop cocoa butter body butter. And guess wat, it really works for me. Some pple might not like it as it's kind to be oily if u put too much but to me that oiliness that makes the itchiness go away. I use it for 3 - 4 mths and the stretch marks on my tummy are TOTALLY gone. Even when I went for massage treatment at the spa, the lady there was amazed as I dnt have any stretch marks on my tummy. Now pregnant with the 2nd one, I religiously put on the cocoa body butter every morning on my tummy, waistline, buttocks, thighs and knee backs where are prone to stretch marks and the result, I've no stretch marks on those areas except a bit on the buttocks..Hehehehe
So to those mum-to-be or already-a-mum, it's not too late to use this product. It cost only $29.90 for 1 tub (1 size only) and it last longer.

Yesterday b4 goin home, i approached my boss regarding his offer and ask him if i accept his offer, how much will the company increase the pay? The moment i heard his reply, my heart juz breaks into pieces. ok so this is our conversation:
Me: "Mr Ng, regarding ur offer abt the executive post, how much is the increment u will implement?"
Mr Ng: "wat increment?there will be NO increment. Only ur post change to executive cos u will still be doing the same jobscopes only that u take full responsibilities of watever happen in the office."
Feeling dishearted, i juz said "ok" den walked off. I dnt tink it's fair to me as my previous colleague from the other department got promoted and pay rise when she "threatened" to tender and yet still doing the same jobscopes. When i smsed my previous colleague from the same dept, she was shocked to the max. She said that my boss really took advantage of my capabilities and tot that i might not leave the company. Consult my hb and my 2nd elder bro regarding this and both said it's not worth staying if the company is treating me this way. With my 7yrs plus experience, they said other companies might recognise my contributions. No wonder all my colleagues who got promoted to executives left the dept maybe due to this.
So for now, I'll do watever I'm doing rite now and when better opportunity comes, I'll leave. Kata pepatah..rezeki bole dicari dimana-mana...InsyaAllah...

Ok juz now during lunch my boss approach me regarding the new gal he interviewed. He said that the new gal will join us maybe next Monday as she have to give 3 days notice for her part-time job.Next Monday?hhhmmm..during stock-take day?ok neva mind. Den suddenly he said "ok Mas, since I'll be taking a new gal, I want someone to assist me and I'm choosing YOU!" Juz imagine, when he approached me that time, i can still happily eating my lunch but when he said that he chose me, terbegek hamba dibuatnya. At 1st I said i dnt want the executive post cos it will be stressful for me. Actually kan, i'll still be doing my jobscopes only that my post is change from Admin Assistant to Admin Executive and I've to take responsibilities of wat ever happening in my dept.Cos all these while i'm the one assisting my boss and i know all the jobscopes in my dept. The offer is tempting but knowing the company reputation of increasing the pay, i'm totally loss. Called hb straight away regarding this matter and the 1st thing that he ask "how much is the company paying?" About the increment, i've to talk to my boss but i dnt tink i'll stay long in this company cos after working for more than 7 yrs, there's nothing more for me to learn here. I'm the kind of person who likes to learnt new things and take challenges. There's no challenges for me here in this company anymore. Furthermore the benefits here SUCKS big time man. Hopefully after September, i'm able to get a better job and a better pay so that I can provide a better environment to my family. But in the mean time, should i take my boss' offer????????

I'm feeling very lethargic rite now. How i wish i could go on leave earlier. With so many things to do at workplace, had taken all my energy. Resting during the weekends doesnt help at all especially with the kiddo around. Arrgghhh...I really need the rest.
