When I saw the oreo jelly at mamadewi's blog, I terus jatuh cinta cos nampak mcm sedap gitu. Apalagi I pon asked her for the recepi. Then yesterday during lunch time I sanggup kluar to buy the jelly mould and the jelly powder. Bersemangat betol nak buat malam nanti. After Iftar, I went to the grocery shop downstairs to buy the full cream milk and the double chocolate oreo biskut that was recommended by mamadewi as she says it taste much more nicer than the white cream oreo biskut. Bila semua barang2 dah ada, apalagi I start lah my project. Si Khairi ni pantang kalau mama dia memasak, mesti nak mengepo. Kalau tgk diam takpe, mesti ada dia punya the 4 "W" qns. "Wat's that mama?" "Why put that,mama?" "Where buy mama?" > referring to the oreo biskut "When cook mama?" Yup, dia dah start asking me with the 4 "W". Pening kepala I menjawab soalan2 dia tu..Haiz..
Ok back to my project. I followed the instructions from the recepi. Bila dah masukkan semua bahan2 kat my pot tu, sungguh menyelerakan you know. Then I filled the jelly mould 1/2 filled, let it cool for awhile before putting the crushed oreo biskut on top and then filled it full and let it cool again before putting it in the fridge. Si Khairi sampai tak tahan and asked for 1. He gives me a thumbs up. Sedaplah tu. Bila my turn to rasa, fuhyoh tak terkata I dibuatnya. Sedap dok, gua tak bedek. Lemak2 manis, I like...Hehehe
So kakak2 yg lain...apa lagi? Gi lah cuba...Hehehehe
