Tomorrow Khairi suppose to go to zoo as school excursion but because there are miscommunications between the form teacher and the principal, Khairi wasnt allowed to tag along. On 1st June 2006, I sent Khairi to school as usual. I even stayed till 9 am to meet his form teacher, Mdm Jamilah, to ask her about the zoo trip. I told her that both my hubby and I couldnt take leave for the zoo trip as the school encouraged parents for the Playgroup to tag along as they are still small.Furthermore Mdm Jamilah says she wont be goin as she doesnt have an assistant to take care of the kids who's not goin if she goes. Then I told her if that the case, then I wont allow Khairi to go since I'm much more comfortable with Khairi goin when his form teacher is around. Then she told me to wait a few days 1st to see how many kids from Playgroup goin cos the rest of the kids' parents have not returned the consent form. The closing date for the excursion is 6th June 2006. Then on the 8th I ask her how many kids are goin and she say 3. She then told me that she's still holding my money and also the other 2 kids' money as she is still short of manpower.Thats fine with me and I told her that on Friday 9th June, Khairi wont be coming to school as his dad is not working.Unfortunately on Monday 12th June, Khairi was down with diarhoea and vomitting and wasnt able to go to school for the 1 whole week of last week. So on that particular Monday I called the centre asking for Mdm Jamilah but the principal, Ms Faridah pick up the call. So I leave a message to Mdm Faridah for Mdm Jamilah that Khairi wont be coming to school the whole week and to ask Mdm Jamilah to call me on my mobile cos I need to ask her abt the zoo trip. But she NEVA called back. So I decided to call her again on Thursday but a teacher pick up the call saying that Mdm Jamilah is on leave up till 22nd June. So I thought that she must already submitted the $15 for the trip. Then this morning, as I've this uneasy feeling I ask 1 of the teacher, Mdm Latifah whether Mdm Jamilah had submitted Khairi's consent form and the money to the principal or not.Then she told me that she will check with Mdm Faridah about this matter. So just now at 2.30pm, my ex-colleague who happens to be a teacher there, Mdm Rokiah, called my office saying that Mdm Jamilah NEVA submitted Khairi's consent form and money to Mdm Faridah and Khairi wasnt allowed to tag along as the application already closed. When I heard that teros my darah menyirap seh. Apa ni? By right when Mdm Jamilah heard no news from me, she should call me before she went on a long holiday. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE OF HER. At least I got call her but the message was NEVA pass to her. Poor Khairi tak dapat pegi his 1st excursion with his friends. When I called my hubby telling him that Khairi wont be goin to the zoo and wat happen, he also angry seh.So 2morrow I'll be sending Khairi to school as usual and pick him up as usual. Masih terasa marah lagi didalam diri ini cos sedih Khairi cant join his frens to the zoo trip. Hubby even comforted me by saying "takpelah, nanti kita bawak Khairi gi zoo". But to me its totally different goin with parents and goin with frens.Fathers, unlike mothers, will neva understand when comes to his children's well beings.

Today is my MIL, Juriah Binte Parthan, 56th birthday. Hubby is off today so he will fetch Khairi at 4pm and head to his mom's place at Bishan. Hubby will buy a birthday cake while my SIL will order some pizza. Just a simple occasion. They celebrated earlier as my FIL have to drive his taxi at 5.30pm. After work, I'll be going over. Mak, even though u're just my MIL but I treat you the same way as I treat my own mother. Happy 56th Birthday Mak....

I brought Khairi to Barney show at Plaza Singapura today. We watched the 7pm slot as I cant make it for the 4pm slot cos I woke up a bit late today after a tiring day for the twins' birthday party. After putting Khairi for his afternoon nap, I quickily do my houseworks as we have to leave the house at 6pm.I took a bath and then do my zohor prayers.Then while doing my ironing, Khairi woke up. When I watched at clock, it's about time to do my asar prayer but I'm afraid that Khairi will disturb me. Me tawakal jer. Bila I bentang my tikar sejadah, si Khairi ni dah baring atas tikar tu. I sholat jer, ignoring him kalau tak, tak bole concentrate. Bermacam-macam helah dia buat to attract my attention; kaki atas kepala I bila I sujud, poke2 my pipi bila I duduk pada rakaat kedua tapi nasib baik I concentrate. Kalau hubby ada, gerenti dia tak bole kacau. After I done my asar prayers, I bathed Khairi and get ready to go the Barney show. We reached Dhoby Ghaut at 6.45pm. Upon reaching Plaza Singapura, the place was already packed. I managed to squeeze myself and Khairi into the crowd. Khairi was so happy when Barney and his friends appear. He keep calling "Arney, Arney". I'm so happy for him. He really enjoys himself watching Barney and friends. After the show, we went to Carrefour to buy some frozen food. We bought 2 packets of frozen beef and chicken Jumain satays and 1 packet of criss-cross fries. Then we went to burger king for a late dinner. We left at 10.30pm. While in the train back to Punggol, I called my mom. She told me that she called me twice but nobody pick-up the phone and I told her we went to watched Barney show. Khairi refuse to talk to his nenek cos he's already sleepy. Reached home at 11.15 pm. Change Khairi and put him to bed. I get Khairi's things ready as he goin back to school tomorrow. (Yawning) It's time for me to go to bed now. Gdnite pple......ZZzzzzzzzz....

Today I woke up early at 7 am to bake strawberry marble cake and chocolate cheese cake for my twin nieces' birthday party.Luckily Khairi is still sleeping if not I will not be able to bake the cakes.After I've finished baking the marble cake,my hubby and Khairi woke up.My hubby have to woke up early cos he wanna go and see doctor cos he cant get leave for today's occasion.When Khairi's birthday last year,my bro helped us out with the preparations so this time we'll help him out.I told my hubby to let me finish with the chocolate cheese cake ingredients 1st then go to see doctor if not Khairi will disturb me.After I've finish baking the chocolate cheese cake,my hubby went for his bath.Then while hubby was about to go out, I bring Khairi to the toilet to bath him and also to distract his attention from seeing his daddy leaving the house.Hubby comes back at 12pm bringing 2 packets of nasi lemak.After eating our breakfast/lunch, we get ready to go to my elder bro's place at Pasir Ris.When we reached my bro's place,there was nobody there except his own family.Then I asked my SIL,why no pple come yet, then she says the party start after asar.Alamak my bro told us its after zohor and I've told my MIL and my SIL the party is after zohor.So when my MIL and SIL comes with her kids,they asked why there is no one around.Luckily the food have been served so they're the 1st one to eat.After that my mom came with the kuehs that she made.My relatives came at after 5pm.We do some baca doa selamat then proceed with the cake cutting.During the cake cutting, Khairi keeps looking at the Barney cake.When my SIL gave him a piece of the cake,he refuses to take.He keep standing at the cake table.So when my SIL push the table to one side,when Khairi walk pass he will "jeling" at the cake.There's one point when he thought that no one was watching him,he went over to the cake table and took the plastic knife and wanted to poke on the cake.Then my uncle saw him and called his name.Upon hearing his name been called, he throw away the knife and ran towards me.Hahaha..so cute with his reaction.It was a great party cos all my aunties,uncles and cuzzins came.Happy Birthday NurA'in Iman Syafaah and NurA'in Iman Syazana.

After work, I went to my MIL's place to pick Khairi up then we went to my mom's place cos I wanna go Tampines Mall to buy the twins birthday present. Took a cab to my mom's place as I got alot of things to carry. We reached Tampines at exactly 8pm. We wait for my mom to finished her maghrib prayer then we proceed to Tampines Mall. While walking, Khairi suddenly cry as he do not want me to push his pram but his nenek. Very the pampered lah this boy with his nenek. For ur info, this is the 1st time my mom push the pram as sometimes we neva bring the pram when we went over to my mom's place so my mom had difficulty when there's hump on the pavement. I told my mom that I wanna go buy toys for them at Toys 'R' Us but my mom advise me to buy clothes instead as Hari Raya is just round the corner. I told my mom I'm afraid that my SIL will use the clothes as "baju basahan rumah" like the one that my mom gave her for her 3rd daughter. Then my mom said as long as I gave something for her children, it's fine and it's up to her to decide lah. Almaklumlah my SIL ni branded conscious so kalau takde brand she will just use it as "baju basahan". There's one time my mom bought a nice dress which cost more than $30 for her 3rd dotter. When she comes over the weekend,dia pakai kan baju tu.Ada ke patut? Dahlah mak aku keje susah payah,she any how jer buat baju tu as basahan, tak ke geram. I told my bro off time tu jugak. $30 duit jugak apa,belom tentu barang branded bole tahan lama. Since that day onwards, my mom tak kasi baju to their children for their birthday,cuma kasi duit jer. Only my son's birthday, my mom kasi baju. Infact my mom bought a lot of things for my son,toys and even school bag. So we went to metro at Century Square and we bought 2 nice matching pink dresses. Very the nice. I wish I got a baby girl to dress her up. After that we went back to my mom's place. Khairi as usual when his Pak Ngah is at home, he will "mengecek" his Pak Ngah for a ride on his motorbike. Dah 4 round the carpark pon masih tak cukup. So bila dah masok 5th round he refuse to get down, apalagi kena marah ngan Pak Ngah lah.Dah kena marah,mengadu pulak kat nenek say "Angah otty" (translate as Pak Ngah notty). Hehehe..cute seh. We went back at 11.30 pm after the malay drama at Suria channel. When we reached Punggol, I put Khairi to bed as he fell asleep in the taxi. I wait for hubby to comes back at 2 am then went to bed. I hope I can wake up early 2morrow to bake the strawberry marble cake and chocolate cheese cake.

Yesterday after work, I took a cab to my MIL's place at Bishan to pick up Khairi cos my MIL will be going the mosque for the "baca yassin" session there.In the taxi, my FIL called asking me to wait for him downstairs at 6.30pm to send us back.Fortunately for me, I dnt have to spend so much money on taxi fare back. When I reached Bishan, Khairi had just finished bathing. He was watching cartoon with his cousin, Alysa.Both Alysa and I noticed that Khairi started to dozz off.It's so funny looking at him sleep while he's sitting.My MIL says that Khairi doesnt pass motion as often as he used to and his stools is no longer watery anymore.Alhamdullillah....And he even start to eat rice.His appetite are back.Looking at him right now makes me smile from ear to ear as he's back to his jovial side AGAIN.I'm so relieved that he's fine now.Doesnt matter that he lost so much weight, that can be settled by feeding him more.As long as he's healthy, I'm more than happy for him. Today after fetching Khairi, I might be going to Plaza Singapura to get presents for the twins but I dnt know wat to get for them...Haizzz

I just called my MIL to find out how's Khairi doing.My MIL says that he's still having diarhoea and vomitted once when he finished his soya milk.I'm at my wits end right now.My MIL told me that she will bring him to see doctor at Bishan if he doesnt stop having diarhoea.He has lost so much weight when he got this diarhoea thing.I've to get him well before this saturday cos this saturday is my twin nieces' 1st birthday party and I dnt want him to feel left out just bcos he's sick.I pray that he will get well soon.InsyaAllah....

Hubby went for his course for 2 days at 6 am today.I just couldnt wake up maybe due to not enough sleep and also I'm having flu.So at 7 am, I sms my boss telling him that I'll be taking 1/2 day morning urgent leave.Khairi is now sound asleep after taking his medication.He's still having diarhoea but the doctor already told me last night not to be alarm as this will go on for 2 or 3 days and he shouldn't be taking any solid food for now,only plain porridge.Ok I hv to get ready to send him to my MIL's place then head to work.Bye...

Khairi's not feeling well today.Last night he's been vomitting twice.Then today he's having diarhoea and vomitting.Watever he eat or drink,he will surely vomitted them out followed by loose stools.After hubby comes back from work, we went to Compasspoint to buy Khairi's soy milk powder and diapers as he can't drink his normal milk powder when he's having diarhoea.Then we went to Kiddy Palace cos I need to buy Khairi's water bottle which he broke it at school in 2 consequitive days and he even broke the spare water bottle.I bought 2 water bottles just in case he broke 1 of them again.While on our way home taking the MRT,Khairi vomitted again and he started to cry as his bottom are too painful for him from the rash.When we reached home,I quickly bath him and put some cream on his bottom.I noticed that he's starting to have a slight fever.I then feed him his soya milk.Not long after,he start to vomit it out and at the same time diarhoea.Poor my baby.He start to become "lembik" after more than 5 times of vomitting and diarhoea.When he vomitted again at 10 pm,I couldn't take it anymore and tell my hubby that we should bring him to KK Hospital.While we were inside the taxi,he vomitted again.When we reached KK Hospital,he vomitted once more.When we saw the doctor,the doctor told us that Khairi has intestines infection which causes him to vomit and diarhoea non-stop.When I heard wat the doctor said,I was so shocked that I almost cried.I wish I could take over his place.The doctor told us that he will insert a pill in his anal to stop his vomitting then I'll have to feed him the glucose after 1 hour later.If he's still vomitting after taking his glucose,he will have to be admitted.So after the doctor insert the pill in his anal at 11.53pm,we have to wait 1 hour before I can feed him the glucose of 20ml at every 20 mins interval starting at 12.50am.While waiting for the 1 hour to pass,Khairi keep asking for water which the doctor told us not to until he finishes his last glucose.We tried to distract him by buying toys from the vending machine outside but he keep asking for water.When I feed him his 1st glucose at 12.50 am,he ask for more.When I refuse to give him,he start to cry all over again.I just couldn't take it that I cried instantly.My hubby then carry Khairi to take a walk outside before coming in to take his 2nd glucose intake.Khairi finishes his 4th and last glucose at 1.50am.Then we went to see the doctor again and it was a relieve that my baby is fine right now as he's stop vomitting and diarhoea.The doctor then prescibed Khairi some medication for his vomitting,diarhoea and nappy rash.Then we went to the parmacy to take his medicines.Total he have 6 medicines consists of 2 bottles of paracetamol,1 bottle for vomitting,1 big packet of glucose (6 tubes inside:orange and blackcurrant flavours),10 sachets for diarhoea and 1 tube for nappy rash that have to be put on thickly on his bottom.Then while we were on our way home,Khairi started to cry loudly as his bottom is very,very painful for him even to sit down.Fortunately for us that the taxi driver drive faster.When we reached home,I quickly wash his bottom and apply the nappy cream thickly on his bottom.Feed him his fever medication and soon after Khairi fall asleep.I qiuckly ironed my clothes and hubby's uniform as the clock show it was already 2.30 am when we reached home.
The daddy tried to make him happy..hehe

9th June 2006
Today I went out for lunch at Ang Mo kio Central.There was a pasar malam down there.Bought for Khairi a yellow power ranger.Yup power ranger is one of his favourite toys.Then after work, I bought 2 football jerseys for him at the pasar malam at AMK central.1 is Japan jersey and the other 1 is Argentina jersey. When we reached home,Khairi insist to put on the Japan jersey.

This morning I bake strawberry marble cake for Kak Mel.Will be meeting her later in the evening to pass her the cake.This is the yummylicious strawberry marble cake.Anyone care to order from me??Hehehehe....

Did anyone watch last night show of Singapore Idol ladies round? I watch up to Rahimah sang then I change the channel.It was totally disaster for all the contestant.My frens told me that none of them can really sing.How the hell they get to be top 28 contestants if they cant even sing a proper song?Haaiiizzz....Last year Singapore Idol is much much and very much better than this year.Wat a letdown....

Halo pple.Sorry for the delay,been bz lately.Well...tonight I really feel lonely.Sent my son to my MIL's place after fetching him from school today as my hubby's niece and nephew are there for the school holidays.There's no one to fight with or to scream at tonight.Haizz...I'm missing my little "gendut" already.When he's around,I wish he wasn't here but when he's not around,I wish he was here.That's how you feel when you got your own kids.Hubby pulak keje petang,balik kul 1 pagi.Tdo keseorangan beta malam ni.It's my habit before I go to bed is keep kissing my little "gendut" as he asleep soundly.I like the way he smell,bau masam2 wangi.hehehe....Luckily he will only be sleeping over for just 1 night kalau tidak bole jadi gila aku dibuatnya kalau takde si "gendut" ni.Biasalah nakal budak2 but when he throws tantrums yg tak best.Penat melayan karenah dia.The best part is when he's in good mood.You can juz communicate with him anything but he communicate well with me rather than anyone else.My FIL will always says this to him "ko dgn mama ko berbual bukan main rancak tapi dgn org lain,buat "dek" ajer".Hehehe..it's true though.Even though I like to scold him, he will juz come to his mama and sit on my lap and then manja2 with me.I guess he's mama's boy.I miss you so much Khairi...
