Today I took my leave to spend time with hubby and Khairi.My hubby is on his offday today.We plan to go to Arab Street to buy cloth for Hari Raya.Usually we will just buy the ready-made baju kurung or baju melayu but this year we want to tailored-made them.I'm a bit excited cos we are wearing the same color this year.Last year Hari Raya we wore black color cos easy to match,if we bought ready-made slalunya kita beli baju melayu or baju kurung yg sikit lebih kurang colornya sama.Susah nak match bila beli yg ready-made punya.Before we go to Arab Street,I got an appointment with Kak Ju cos she need to pass me the bracelet that my colleague order.Tepat pukul 12.30 tgh,Kak ju called me that she's downstair.Me pon turun with my little gendut yg tak pakai baju tu.After taking my bracelet,the three of us pon siap2 nak kluar.We took a cab to Arab Street cos hubby malas nak naik MRT dengan cuaca yg panas giler hari ni.Bila dah sampai sana,kita gi survey from 1 shop to 1 shop.Pening kalau beli kain with my hubby cos susah nak mintak his opinion.Sempat rilek one corner then bergaduh sekejap ngan dia pasal nak beli kain.Hehehe..pegi ngan mak I lagi senang.Dah lepas tu,gi sambung survey.Then we stop at this one shop,me berkenan ngan patung yg kain topnya kotak2 with kain songket as kain bottom.Bila masok tanya pasal kain yg patung tu pakai,macam2 design yg the sales person kluarkan.Semua lawa2 sampai tak tau nak pilih yg mana satu.In the end,hubby pilih color purple.Bila my turn dah habis pilih kain together with the lining and the songket,my hubby turn pulak yg pilih color purple yg matching with mine.We bought 4 3/4m for my kain and 6 1/2m for my hubby with my son.After that we singgah at Banquet kat Raffles Hospital untuk mengisi perut kami yg sungguh lapar ni.Me order seafood tomyam soup with rice while hubby order fish slice soup with rice cos he kena share with Khairi.Yg kelakarnya,si Khairi ni tdo from the time we reached Arab St to the time we finished buying the kain.Bila bau my tomyam soup jer,dgn serta-merta bole bangun seh.Pantang bau makan,mesti bangun punya.Hehehe....After eating,we went to take MRT to Bishan to my ILS place.Bila kat sana apalagi me tumpang tdo lah cos penat seh bila berjalan time panas terik.After I woke up,I realised that my future SIL datang tapi me buat bodoh jer cos malas nak layan org yg suka mengada-ngada.Then I told hubby that we need to go NTUC cos Khairi's pampers at home almost finishing.Lucky the offer for Khairi's pampers is still on cos today is the last day for the PETPET pampers promotion selling for 3 pkts at $36.90.After that both hubby and I singgah kat McDonalds kat J8 beli strawberry sundae and banana milk shake.Yum...yum....At 8.30pm my FIL called suruh kita turun bawah block to send the 3 of us back to Punggol with his taxi.
