Yesterday when I fetched Khairi from school, his left eye is a bit swollen. That morning I noticed that his left eye is a bit red but I ignored it cos I thought it was due from the shampoo when I bathe him yesterday. So when I sent him to his school, I inform the teacher if Khairi's eye is getting worse by the day, pls call me. And guess what time they called me? At 5.40 pm when I was getting ready to go back from work, I saw a "miss call" message on my hp and it was from my son's childcare centre. Isn't that ridiculous??!! I didnt call back bcos my hp battery is almost flat. When I reached the childcare, I asked 1 of the teachers did any of them called me and they say my son's form teacher did but she already left when I reached there. The other teacher told me that my son's eye is getting swollen and I told her back that I've already inform 1 of the teacher who is on the morning shift to call me if my son's condition is getting worse. I was angry by the unresposibilityness of that teacher. Upon reaching home, I quickly brought my son to the private clinic near our block. The doctor says it's eye infection and it's contagious. If the teacher is responsible enough, I will bring my son home as soon as possible so that the other students will not get it. I really hope that the kids did not get infected by him. InsyaAllah..
Since I'm goin to be with him most of the time these 3 days, I guess that my hubby and I are goin to be infected 1st and you know what, I did. Today is my hubby offday. We're bringing my 2 nieces and nephew to the new Tampines Swimming Complex. Unfortunately, when we reached Tampines, it was raining heavily. We had to cancelled our plan of going swimming. Then we thought of going to my mom's place but I've forgotten to bring my keys. So we end up window shopping from 12 - 3.30 pm. By then, my left eye is getting more worse while Khairi's eye is getting better. So after 3.30 pm, we went to my mom's place. Luckily we bought some food bcos my mom didnt cook these few days as she stay alone. My 2nd elder brother who stayed with her, went to Thailand for the "Water Festival". It's been a long time since my mom and I had a nice chat even though I went to visit her every Sat. At 9.30 pm, we decided to go back since my 1st elder brother is not coming to fetch his kids. We took a taxi home; 1st sending my nieces and nephew then us. Khairi is sleeping soundly right now, hubby is watching the tv and me (hehehe....) still here updating my blog.
